Fee Structure or Retainer

Sliding fee structure, as legislated, based on value of development. Or a fixed monthly fee payable for an agreed time period or until a specific outcome is achieved.

 

Profit Share

Open book project approach. Profit share payable at phases according to pre-set performance metrics.

 

Commission

Commission payment triggered per successful transaction (i.e., land parcel sold or lease deal concluded).

 

Equity Structure

An equity stake is agreed & sureties raised accordingly. Where all parties see such effort as worthwhile.

He as acquired extensive experience in the successful delivery of multi-million capex real estate developments and schemes in all sectors of the built environment and varying asset classes, while working for top tier construction, engineering and real estate development / asset management firms. He has also represented large international clients directly within South Africa, the Indian Ocean islands and the rest of Africa.

AVP was founded in 2014 under Daniel’s leadership, on the back of a wealth of knowledge within the construction, project management and real estate development sectors.
